Is my purchase transaction secure?

Yes. We allow you to purchase all pieces securely through PayPal. Our site is secure using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to prevent information from being intercepted. You will see a lock in the left corner of your browser URL field. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow a full 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping unless otherwise noted. 

What are my shipping options?

We send the items via USPS Priority Mail to the continental U.S. and USPS Priority Mail International to Canada. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How does CharmaineLouise sizing run?

Please see our size chart to determine your size.

If I have a question, how long does it take to receive a response?

Please allow 24 hours to receive a response via email.

Do I receive a confirmation on my order?

Yes. As soon as we have completed the order process, we will email a confirmation to you. If you do not receive this information within 48 hours of your order, send an email to service@charmainelouise.com immediately to confirm that we received your initial order. 

Will my items look exactly like the items in the photographs?

We pride ourselves in our high-quality craftsmanship and will ensure that we use only the highest quality materials. Pieces are hand-crocheted by skilled artisans from hand-dyed yarns that may result in slight variations in color and stitch from the pieces shown in the photographs.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations. We accept exchanges based on certain criteria. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
